The essence of a brand is knowing and consistently living your business's authentic stories so that management, sales, marketing, customer service, all employees within your organization - synchronize their behaviors and messages in a compelling way that is meaningful to anyone interacting with them.

If you have more work experience but you do not feel that you have comprehensive understanding all of the segments of a strategic employer brand management, you will get valuable tools and models to help you and an opportunity to test you ideas about employer branding. During the training we often analyze the specific questions or examples that may interest you.
In some of the previous trainings we also had students and participants with very little work experience. Their experience with training is very positive because they probably learn the most, but it is questionable what is the applicability of the lessons learned.
